We are very grateful that customers return to us with their new dogs, and if you wonder why the way that we taught a particular exercise before isn’t the way that we do it now, it’s not because the previous way was wrong, it’s just because we like to do lots of Continuing Professional Development, which sometimes means that we find a new way that is easier for your dog, and hopefully you, to understand.
